Watch Prototyping

For OEM or ODM watch projects, we offer end-to-end prototyping—from design to functional sample delivery. Rower watches handles everything.

ODM watches

For ODM watches, the process is relatively simple. You only need to provide us with your logo (JPG, PNG, AI, PSD etc. format) and choose our existing styles. We will provide you with 2D color pictures to confirm the effect and then start sample production. The leadtime is about 20 days.

OEM watches

For OEM watch projects, you'll need to provide design sketches (watch concepts) and logos, then select case materials/band materials/movement models. Our in-house engineers will create 2D CAD and 3D STEP files based on your approved graphic designs and preferred components. Focusing on creativity and innovation, we can produce 3D wax prototypes within days or use CNC machining to verify appearance and overall dimensions.

OEM wathes

OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturing Interested in our OEM process, this option allows you to create an exclusive watch brand. You can fully design the watch case, dial, hands, band/bracelet, and functionality. Your watches can be set at whatever price you wish. Rower will gladly sign an NDA file to protect your intellectual property.

ODM watches

ODM: Original Design Manufacturing To begin the ODM process, you can select a pre-existing watch design from our watch catalog. You are able to make a few small modifications to the watch dial design and watch case, then sell it under your own brand name. Modifications can include things like case colors/finishing, band type, and some limited adjustments to functionality. It is a low-cost way to start your watch brand.

Packaging and Shipping

We offer elegant watch boxes and packaging with your logo, colors, and other design elements to leave a lasting impact. Our factory offers a few shipping options. We also understand the packing and shipping requirements of most major organizations to help minimize chargebacks. We can dropship your watches from our warehouse according to each one of your customers’ orders and have your label adhered to the box. We can work with you to find what is preferable for your business or project.

Warranty Service

Our service doesn’t stop when your watch leaves our warehouse. We offer one year limited warranty to all our OEM and ODM customers which covers defects, malfunctions, and mechanical failures. We have after-sales centers in Paris, France and Springfield, USA. All European or American customers can get local after-sales service. 1.Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom logo watches?

A:For custom logo watch, MOQ 50pcs, for ODM watch MOQ 100-300pcs. For OEM watch, 500pcs in usual, but it is Negotiable.

2.Q: What is the approximate fully custom OEM production timeline breakdown?

A:Design Stage – 5-10 days Prototype Stage – 50~60- days Production Stage – ~60-70days Approximately between 3mos – 5mos for the complete process.

3.Q: What is the cost of an OEM prototype?

An OEM prototype will vary between approx. $3k – $5k each, depending upon final design & specs. With this option it will include: design & 3D renderings and a working prototype.

4.Q:How about your products quality?

For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

5.Q:What is the maximum water resistance rating of the diving watches produced by your company?

Rower supply custom service for professional diving watch (500 meters and above). 50ATM: saturation diving or professional extreme diving. (Features: screw-in crown, helium exhaust valve, luminous scale, unidirectional rotating bezel, etc.)

6.Q:What's your payment terms?

For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
